Symptoms & Conditions
What We Treat
Every treatment plan starts with understanding the root cause behind your symptoms — not just masking the pain.
Back Pain
From a dull, persistent ache to sharp pain that limits movement, back pain is one of the most common reasons patients visit our clinic. We assess the underlying cause — whether it's spinal misalignment, disc involvement, or muscular strain — before recommending a treatment plan.
Neck Pain
Neck pain often develops from poor posture, prolonged screen time, or old injuries that were never fully corrected. Left untreated, it can also contribute to tension headaches and reduced range of motion in the shoulders and upper back.
Sciatica
Sciatica is pain that radiates along the sciatic nerve, typically from the lower back through the hip and down one leg. It's frequently linked to disc issues or spinal misalignment placing pressure on the nerve root.
Herniated / Bulging Disc
When the soft cushioning between spinal vertebrae bulges or ruptures, it can press on nearby nerves and cause localized or radiating pain. Non-surgical decompression is often an effective first-line approach.
Headaches & Migraines
Many recurring headaches originate from tension and misalignment in the neck and upper spine rather than the head itself. Addressing the underlying structural cause can reduce both frequency and severity over time.
Scoliosis & Spinal Curvature
An abnormal sideways curvature of the spine can affect posture, movement, and comfort. Our scoliosis management protocols are tailored to the specific pattern and severity of each patient's curve.
Joint Pain
Chronic or recurring pain in the shoulders, hips, knees, or other joints can stem from overuse, old injury, or compensating for spinal misalignment elsewhere in the body.
Sports Injuries
Strains, sprains, and overuse injuries from training or competition benefit from a combination of hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation, and supportive taping to get back to sport safely.
Posture Problems
Forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and a flattened lower back are increasingly common from long hours at a desk or on a phone. Left unaddressed, poor posture places ongoing strain on the spine and surrounding muscles.
